Store Policy

The Fulfilment Process 

1) You pay for your order 

2) You will receive an Order Confirmation Email 

3) The Processing period begins. Processing time is 3-5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing period is extended 1-5 Business days during a sales period. (More info below) 

4) After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created 

5) You will receive an Order Fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be inside this email.

 6) Your package is shipped off via USPS Priority mail (2-3 business days US) (6-10 business days International) 


The Processing Time 

• 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS • No hair is kept on hand • You will receive tracking number after order is processed This is the time it takes to receive hair from our trusted vendors and enough time for Quality control. It allows FHS to test out all bundles to make sure they meet our quality standards. Anything we find wrong will immediately be fixed by contacting our vendor and having them send out new bundles if necessary, to ensure that you receive the BEST product. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email. This will be the same email you used when you placed your order. Make sure you check you spam folder and wait after 5 business days have passed before contacting us. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 

Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns are only accepted if you have received the wrong items. If this rare case happens, follow the return policy listed below:

Return Policy (Applies only for errors made by Flawless Hair Strandz/Seller)

 1.  Product(s) must be returned along with original       packaging

 2. Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.

 3. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

4. If the listed conditions are not met, Flawless Hair Strandz reserves the right to refuse a refund.

 5. To initiate a return, please contact customer service within 2 day to resolve any inquiries by e-mail at [email protected]. Customers are responsible to pay for their own return shipping.


What is your purchase and shipping policy?

1. Before any final purchases are made, customers are required to acknowledge the store and return policy to proceed with the purchase transaction. 

 2. All packages must be signed upon arrival to address provide at check out. All correspondence will be conducted via email. Email address must match information entered during actual purchase and acknowledgement. 

3. Tracking numbers will be sent for all orders. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you are unable to be home at time of delivery, it is suggested that you request USPS, or any other curriers (UPS/FedEx) hold your package at your nearest location in order to sign and receive package. 

4. All unsigned packages will be returned to Flawless Hair Strandz. Any returned packages will be restocked, and a $28.00 restocking fee will be charged to the customer. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date.
