Frequently asked questions 


1. If an order is placed order today, how soon will the hair arrive?

On average, most customers received their hair in 7-10 days from original purchase date. However, it is recommended that you allow yourself enough time to receive your hair. Always prepare for unexpected delays from USPS due to weather related conditions.


2. Can I Expedite my order?


This option is not currently available at the time, no hair is kept on hand. After you place your order, it takes a few days to receive the hair from my vendor. My vendor is located overseas.


3. I ordered my hair during a sales period, when will I receive my hair?


Usually processing time is 2-5 business days. During a sales period, this time is prolonged. It can take an additional 5 business days before your order is shipped. After it is shipped it will take 2-3 business days for US residents and 6-10 business days for International Orders


How many much does each bundle weigh?
each bundle is weighed at 90-100 grams which is equivalent to 3.1-3.5 oz.
because the bundles vary in weight, two bundles of the same inch could be different in weft lengths. 


4. What is Virgin Hair?

This is a great question that is common. Virgin hair is hair from one or more donors.


What is Remy  Hair?

Remy hair is hair that is cuticle aligned. Meaning hair strands going in the same direction for maximum hair longevity once it  has been given by a donor. Everyone's natural hair grows out of their scalp in one direction. So when hair is collected by our vendor, we get quality hair with cuticle in tact and aligned.


5. Is the hair processed?

Yes, the hair is steamed processed only. (No chemical processing done to hair unless custom bleaching or color is requested for custom units and/or clip-ins)


6. Does the hair shed?

VERY MINIMUM shedding meaning (the hair will be never having a noticeable or drastic decrease in its density or volume. Any hair that has been manufactured and/or stitched on a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding which is normal. After the second shampooing there should not be any shedding. Heat damage, over processing or lack of moisture and conditioner will cause shedding, so be sure to apply heat protectant before thermal use. 


7. How much hair should I purchase?


It is recommended that for length 14-16" Inches - You Need 2 bundles Or More.
Lengths 18-24" inches You Need 3 bundles or more.


Lengths 26-30" You Need 4 bundles or More. 

Lengths 30"-Up"-5 bundles or More. If you add a frontal you can subtract 1 bundle from the equation.


8. Where are you located? Can I stop by and pick up the hair?


This is an online business that is operated from home. No hair is kept on hand for safety reasons. Only online orders are accepted.


9. How can I care for my extensions? 


Its suggested that you cleanse the hair once a week with sulfate free products to keep the hair silky, nourished, soft and manageable. Avoid using tea tree and mint shampoos as they can cause your extensions to matte when shampooing. Try to use products designed to detangle and moisturize, smooth, shine and protect against split ends. Always sleep with silk scarf on at night to protect your extensions. And do not brush and/or comb extensions when wet.


10. Can I dye or color the hair?


Absolutely! The hair can be dyed/colored. Sometimes the chemicals in these products may loosen the curl pattern.


11. Can I straighten the hair?


Yes, you can straighten the hair. However, kinky curly hair will not get bone straight. This hair is full of texture and when straightened it will mimic a Kinky Straight or blown out texture. Heat protectant and proper hair care should be applied. I currently do not sell straight hair. 


13. What is your refund or return policy?


Due to the nature of this business refunds are not accepted. Returns are accepted only when you have received the wrong item(s).
